S.I.C.C.S tournament
This tournament is for competitors using S.I.C.C.S compatible weapons only.
All S.I.C.C.S compatible weapons will be deemed acceptable, This also includes fire arms and/or weapons which were distributed as free gifts during past events.

The S.I.C combat system (S.I.C.C.S) is still in development. As this is the case this event will be a part of our experimental challenge to examine the quality and functionality of the C.I.C.C.S. It is from this that we will be able assess whether we are on the right track or not thus making the S.I.C.C.S one of the most enjoyable factors of the over all S.I.C experience.

The S.I.C.C.S is user friendly even for new players who are not skilled in action controls.
So please feel free to try and participate in this tournament if you you accept this challenge.

※エントリーの人数によっては予定日より先に締め切る事もあります

以下の条件を満たさない方は参加拒否、途中退場して頂く場合があります、全ての判断は審判、係員に権限があります
・子供、タイニー、巨大アバターなどサイズが著しく平均的でないもの（審判判断）
・S.I.C.C.S最新バージョンの武器を所有していること
（旧バージョンの武器を使用している方はアップデート機能つきですので、アップデートしてください）

S.I.C.C.S対応の武器を使用して
1対1で戦い、先に相手のライフを0にした方が勝利です
EASY MODEでの参加もＯＫ

※ラグ、その他の要因で試合が中断、もしくは阻害された時は審判の判断で、勝者の変更、
試合のやり直しなどがある場合があります


■How to apply and conditions
Complete following information on a notecard and drop it to mk Curtiz by 6am SLT on June 23 , 2011.
※The acceptance of application may be closed before the above date due to overwhelming entries.
※We do not respond any inquiries made by IM.

・Avatar name
・Type of weapon (can be changed)
・Comment

・Avatars in abnormal sizes such as child, tiny, and/or mega giant shall not be accepted.
(judges have right to make decisions)

・Contenders must equip most updated S.I.C.C.S weapons
(older versions can be updated by updaters)

Contenders must wear the S.I.C.C.S compatible weapons.

The Tournament will Feature a K-1 style matching-up of competitors who will then enter 1 on 1 face off battle's to knockout the opponent. (Players will do so by making there opponent's "Life" deplete to the "0(zero)" mark of there life meter.

※If matches are interrupted, lagging, or any other contingencies our judges shall make decisions for re-match's or changes of match calls.

Contenders who don't meet the requirements any of the following conditions may be asked to leave (even during a match), or may result in there refusal in regards to joining a match.

■大会場所、大会の流れ
sick2闘技場
ギャラリーの方はsick1での観戦、USTREAMでの映像中継（予定）

エントリーが完了すると、大会のグループへの招待がありますのでグループにご参加下さい
↓
選手は21時30分までに控え室に到着後、待機して下さい（場所はエントリー後にお伝えします）
↓
当日sick2は大会参加メンバー以外は立ち入り禁止になります
係員からＴＰがありますのでそれに応じてsick2の会場に入場してください
試合が終わりましたら、係員の指示に従い闘技場から退場してください

※参加人数、進行によってスケージュルは変更されることがあります
※指定時間にＩＮが確認できない、落ちてしまった場合などは試合の順序の変更、
参加できない場合がありますのでご了承下さい

■Venue location and Procedures
The event will take place @ the sick2 battle arena
Spectators can view broad-casted matches via b monitors located in sick1. (will be confirmed).

It is also possible that matches can be viewed Live via your web browser. (will be confirmed)

After your application is accepted, the tournament group invitation will be sent, then you must join it.
↓
Contenders should arrive at the waiting room by 5:30am SLT on each round date.
(LM of the waiting room will be sent after the acceptance of each application)
↓
Contenders will be called in by assistants to TP to the sick2 arena.
After a your match, please follow our assistant's instructions to leave the arena.

※Schedule may be subject to change due to entry numbers and process.
※Please note that matches may be subject to change in turns or to be canceled if contenders can not be confirmed as log-in status, or contenders crash due to some contingencies, at each scheduled match time.

■禁止事項
以下の禁止事項、その他の大会の妨げにさるような行為をした方は選手、ギャラリー共に参加拒否、途中退場して頂く場合があります
全ての判断は審判、係員に権限があります
・係員の指示に従わない方
・飛行禁止
・タイニー、子供アバターの禁止
・高プリム、その他高負荷のアバターでの参加
・ＡＯ、フェイスライト、レーダー、移動補助、その他ＨＵＤ等スクリプトの使用禁止
・その他システム外の不正行為

■Prohibitions and Restrictions
Any contenders or spectators who violate prohibitions and restrictions listed below may result refusal to join or may be asked to leave the venue. Judges and assistants reserve all right to make all decisions.
・contenders and spectators should follow any instructions of the assistants
・no flying
・tiny, child, and mega giant avatars are prohibited
・AO, face lights, radars, move action assisting devices, and/or any HUD and scripts other than S.I.C.C.S designates are prohibited
・any other misconducts, cheating, wrongful acts, and/or acts of dishonesty which shall be regarded as disturbances to the tournament are strictly prohibited.

試合の勝敗の判断、進行などは
S.I.C.C.Sのシステム、もしくは審判の判断に委ねられます
システムによって勝敗の優劣が発生しても、これを仕様とし結果として判断する場合があります

Announcements of matches and procedures are subject to decision of judges and the S.I.C.C.S system creator.
All decision shall be determined and based on the conditions regardless of any results which shall be produced by the system.
