S.I.C.C.S対応の武器なら銃でもＯＫです！もちろんイベントで配布した武器も使用できます
S.I.C.C.S tournament
This is a battle tournament using S.I.C.C.S compatible weapons.
Any S.I.C.C.S compatible weapons are accepted including fire arms and weapons which were distributed as free gifts through past events!

S.I.C.C.S is still under development system. This event can be a part of our experimental challenge to exam the quality of the system and in the purpose to make sure that we are on the right track or not. By doing this, we would be able to develop the S.I.C.C.S as one of enjoyable entertainment factors of the sim sick.

■ルール
S.I.C.C.S対応の武器を使用して
1対1で戦い、先に相手のライフを0にした方が勝利です
※ラグ、その他の要因で試合が中断、もしくは阻害された時は審判の判断で、勝者の変更、
試合のやり直しなどがある場合があります
■Rules
Contenders must wear the S.I.C.C.S compatible weapons.
Featuring K-1 style face off match-up battle to knockout the opponent by make opponent's "Life" meter to "0(zero)".
※If matches are interrupted or interfered by lagging or any other contingencies, judges shall make decisions for re-matchs or changes of match calls.

以下の条件を満たさない方は参加拒否、途中退場して頂く場合があります、全ての判断は審判、係員に権限があります
・子供、タイニー、巨大アバターなどサイズが著しく平均的でないもの（審判判断）
・S.I.C.C.S最新バージョンの武器を所有していること
（旧バージョンの武器を使用している方はアップデート機能つきですので、アップデートしてください）
■How to apply and conditions
Complete following information on a notecard and drop it to mk Curtiz by 6am SLT on January 26 , 2010.
※The acceptance of application may be closed before the above date due to overwhelming entries.
※We do not respond any inquiries made by IM.
・Avatar name
・Type of weapon (can be changed)
・Comment
Contenders who don't satisfy any of the following conditions may be asked to leave even during a match, or may result of refusal to join a match.
・Avatars in abnormal sizes such as child, tiny, and/or mega giant shall not be accepted.
(judges have right to make decisions)
・Contenders must equip most updated S.I.C.C.S weapons
(older versions can be updated by updaters)

■大会場所、大会の流れ
sick5闘技場
ギャラリーの方はsick1,sick2での観戦、LIVE TUBEでの映像中継（予定）
エントリーが完了すると、大会のグループへの招待がありますのでグループにご参加下さい

選手は21時までに控え室に到着後、待機して下さい（場所はエントリー後にお伝えします）
↓
当日sick5は大会参加メンバー以外は立ち入り禁止になります
係員からＴＰがありますのでそれに応じてsick5の会場に入場してください
試合が終わりましたら、係員の指示に従いsick5から退場してください
※参加人数、進行によってスケージュルは変更されることがあります
※指定時間にＩＮが確認できない、落ちてしまった場合などは試合の順序の変更、
参加できない場合がありますのでご了承下さい
■Venue location and Procedures
Venue will take place @ sick5 battle arena
Spectators can view broadcasted matches by monitors in sick1 and sick2. (will be confirmed)
Besides, matches can be viewed by Live Tube on your web browser. (will be confirmed)
After your application is accepted, the tournament group invitation will be sent, then you must join it.
↓
Contenders should show up to the waiting room by 5:00am SLT on each round date.
(LM of the waiting room will be sent after the acceptance of each application)
↓
Contenders will be called in by assistants to TP to sick5 arena.
After a match, please follow assistant's instructions to leave from the arena.
※Schedule may be subject to change due to entry numbers and process.
※Please note that matches may be subject to change in turns or to be canceled if contenders can not be confirmed as log-in status, or contenders crash due to some contingencies, at each scheduled match time.

■禁止事項
以下の禁止事項、その他の大会の妨げにさるような行為をした方は選手、ギャラリー共に参加拒否、途中退場して頂く場合があります
全ての判断は審判、係員に権限があります
・係員の指示に従わない方
・飛行禁止
・タイニー、子供アバターの禁止
・高プリム、その他高負荷のアバターでの参加
・ＡＯ、フェイスライト、レーダー、移動補助、その他ＨＵＤ等スクリプトの使用禁止
・その他システム外の不正行為
■Prohibitions and Restrictions
Any contenders or spectators who violate prohibitions and restrictions listed below may result refusal to join or may be asked to leave the venue. Judges and assistants reserve all right to make all decisions.
・contenders and spectators should follow any instructions of assistants
・no flying
・tiny, child, and mega giant avatars are prohibited
・AO, face lights, radars, move action assisting devices, and/or any HUD and scripts other than S.I.C.C.S designates are prohibited
・any other misconducts, cheating, wrongful acts, and/or acts of dishonesty which shall be regarded as disturbances to the tournament are strictly prohibited.

試合の勝敗の判断、進行などは
S.I.C.C.Sのシステム、もしくは審判の判断に委ねられます
システムによって勝敗の優劣が発生しても、これを仕様とし結果として判断する場合があります
Call of matches and procedures are subject to decision of judges and S.I.C.C.S system.
All decision shall be determined based on as-is condition regardless of any odd results which shall be caused by the system.
